Our cleaners use a structured approach to work efficiently and thoroughly throughout your four-and-a-half-hour session, following the priorities you agree. What can be completed depends on your home’s size and condition, the level of detail and the tasks requested.
The session is time-based, so a complete whole-home checklist isn’t guaranteed.
We bring the liquid cleaners.
You provide the tools.
Amway liquid cleaners are included. Please have your usual cleaning tools ready, such as a vacuum, mop, broom, pails, cloths, toilet brushes or sponges, and rubbish bags.
Please discuss any equipment needs, including a vacuum or access equipment, with the branch before booking.

Does this branch cover my property?
This branch serves Kota Kemuning and Bukit Rimau only.
Is there an additional transport fee?
These transport arrangements apply only within this branch’s service coverage. The cleaner’s transport within Kota Kemuning is included. For homes outside Kota Kemuning, an additional transport fee of RM5–RM10 per session applies, depending on distance. Please confirm your address and any applicable fee with the branch.
How much does a session cost?

What if I need to change or cancel a session?
Please give at least five days’ notice for changes or cancellations. Ask the branch to confirm the applicable terms when booking. Weekly arrangements require one month’s notice to end.
What should I send when enquiring?
Share your full name, contact number and the property address (including condo, block, floor and unit where relevant). Your preferred session and weekly or ad hoc choice are useful optional details.
